It's back to school!

Okay cny holidays are officially at the end today. The mountain of work piling up is incredible oh gosh. Have to start studying and clear them as soon as possible! Haha! Been procrastinating too much lol.

Meeting up with twins and jl was super fun. Laughed at jl the whole time. He just proved to us the theory that men cannot multitask. It was interesting to see it at work. Skyping with xl makes me realize how much I actually miss her! Okay we are so going to try to do this once a fortnight. At least we can get together and chill :) I miss my nonet gang so much! Love you all!

The number of houses that we are going to bai nian each year has been dwindling and we ended up going to only yx's house yesterday :/ whatever happen to us thirteens??? Haha! Thanks pris for bringing her two hk friends. It was great to know them. Next time go hk we have friends haha! Ended up with me, bw, sy, sa and yx singing k for 5 hours. My throat feels like dying now lol. It was fun though :) dinner was a disappointment and it reiterated the idea of YYXMRX! I can't believe I've so many friends who are like this. Lol. Yes yes give you all and us time to adjust. I understand but because we were once very close, j feel I've lost a lot of good friends. So don't blame me if I'm not communicating as much with you all ah. But rae turned up and we had quite nice zi char in chinatown! Next time bring the rest of my friends there to :):)

This week's cny has none of the previous years' moods because we are missing a very important person. I miss you guma.

The gang is back!

Today (actually it's yesterday if you want to be stingy with the time) marks the start of my chinese new year holidays! Yay! It's starting to look good to have a long weekend :)

Went to the temple with qt in the afternoon and spent some time talking away. After which we went to Chinatown to take in the cny sights and sounds. It was quite disappointing though as the whole place wasn't in a festive mode. Too quiet or something. I can't put my finger to what's wrong with the picture. It's just weird. Anyway we tried to look for the cheapest shop selling qipao top but couldn't find it in the end. So we ended up buying toto instead hehe. Hope I win it and help out my family :):)

Went to vivo at around 4pm such that I'm 4 hours early lol. Meeting ai for dinner! Hail hail the gang's all here. We're all back together in sg again! So happy :D I walked for about 2 hours and shopped a little. Bought my storybooks and a portable charger :) decided to sit down and read for a while as some of us were supposed to meet at 6.45pm. In the end all were late except for kx! Had a fun time talking with kx girl. She's a great girlfriend to have and she's going to make some boy very lucky some day! Thanks kx :):) when the rest finally reached we all went to the bei shang chuan steamboat restaurant for dinner. Food was okay only and the service sucked. Guess I won't be going back there anytime soon. After dinner went to Mac and planned our grad trip! Can't wait for it!

So there goes my first day of holiday. I hope my second day would be as fulfilling :):)

And so it begins

First day of school is over and done with for me! Everything seems unreal, it's as if I'm walking in a dream. Going to hong kong, coming back home... My feelings and emotions have been unstable recently. Now that school has started and life moves on as for normal, I'm sure I'll be okay.

Hong Kong was okay. Can't really say I had a lot of fun but getting out of the house was good. It was good to forget about everything else for awhile. But now I have to anchor myself back on earth. Jiayou ah girl!

Happy 2012

Arrival of the new year brings about new changes and resolutions. This is my last semester in school and I guess I shall have to make full use of it. Hopefully the new year brings more good luck and happiness to my family. God knows we need them. I guess I don't have much of anything I want to achieve for the new year. Maybe getting better results? And helping to lessen the burden in the family. I foresee a tiring few months ahead sigh.

Bade farewell to xl today as she went for her Aussie exchange. I was super sad to see her go. Now I have to start writing down all that I want to tell her lest I forget. You are always there for me and listen to me when I needed to complain and whine. I can't thank you enough for all the help you have rendered me. Xl I already miss you! Have fun in Aussie and I'll see you in five months time :)

Hanging out with my friends this week is surely an antidote that I needed. I feel so much happier and anchored. Especially seeing my nonet. Singing Kbox with you all is always the best. With our energy and crazy antics, we always bring the house down :) I love you all! I'm going to live 2012 to the fullest! Although I may not be seeing my dearest friends outside school much anymore. Thanks though, all of you who were there for me. You all really help me through the darkest hours.
