last post for may

well, i guess this is my last post for may:) that is partly because i will be out of the country until 1st June starting tomorrow. haha! a retty short holiday though. but i am sure i am going to have a lot of fun shopping and eating:D

had a big fight with my siblings yesterday. so it ended up being my fault because i am the oldest. am so used to it already. well. became numb. this type of fights are so common in my family. but i can be stubborn if i want to. am so not cowering anymore. if you want my support and help, you have to ask. nicely. or else i will not be even responding. duh.

i will not let this dampen my excitement for tomorrow's trip:)

having a headache planning outings. i shall stop volunteering already, it is really a chore. this shall positively be my last plan for at least the next two months. i just have to take a break. but the thing is, i still have one more og outing to plan. raahhh!!! it is really quite irritating and frustrating when you do not get your responds. people really do go MIA when the need arises. i guess i could try this method out. at least for the next six days. i shall disappear.

let us hope that everything is in place by the time i come back. but i really doubt it. doing self-pity now.

perhaps when i return, i will feel more energized to take on new tasks:)

went to watch Robin Hood with sa and e1 today! what a surprisingly great movie!! though i must admit it would not be by my initiation to watch this kind of movie. haha! but it turned out to be quite good actually. i love it that this movie does not drag as some do. the story plot was fast but understandable. i really reccommend this movie:)

have a lot of movies that i want to watch this june! namely, Despicable, Me; The Karate Kid and The Last Airbender. no worries. i have my as-bored-as-me buddy e1 to watch with me! yeah! let's go on a june movie marathon!

after Robin Hood, went to sa's house for steamboat. it was supposed to be a nonet outing BUT... the attendance was a fail. one big X for the organizer, sa. apparently, the first person who collects three Xs will have to smell sa's armpit! haha! in the end, only me, e1, sa, yh and nick turned up for dinner. and not surprisingly, jl and je went mia. AGAIN. we should really set up a MIA Club with jl as king, je as queen and wy as princess. but for this outing, only xl, e2 and wy got acceptable reasons! let us hope and pray that the next outing will be full attendance^^

played monopoly deal afterwards. it was an interesting and fun way of playing monopoly:) i shall resolve to beat nick and yh and sa next time we play!! revenge will be sweet. hah!

brought maat and xuan to west coast park ytd with ting and her mom. the kids had a lot of fun. and the kids include ting. haha! macdonald's never looked so satisfying. yum yum!

heard from sa his money got stolen. right out of his locked cupboard. apparently his duplicate key fell into the hands of the wrong person. so unlucky. reminds me of the time yu got her wallet stolen. but that was plain carelessness on her part. she forgot to zip her bag. haiz. but spending ill-gotten gains will cause fate to intervene. beware, thieves. you will get yours soon, i believe.

yu thinks that the whole world revolves around her and her only. hah. got news for you sister: your commen sense is warped. some day some time some place, you will learn your lesson too.

am in a very bad mood right now. Lord, why do You saddle people with siblings? i know. like parents always say, it is for your own good. but right now, i do not feel good.

time is needed to get over the bad mood.

finally went kbox yesterday wilth my jc peeps to vent. the feeling is super awesome! haha! as usual, i was the only one on time. supposed to meet at 12 and the rest arrived at 12.30. i shoud be used to it by now. they are NEVER on time. haha! i should start collecting the "lost time" from them. i think they owe me more than 2 hours already. LOL. hmmm... should start calculating. hehez

went to this kbox in chinatown called the ten dollar kbox or something. cannot remember. tservice there was not that bad. we had free flow drinks and a bowl of sharkfins soup each. yum yum! but the atmosphere and conditions of the room quite bad. the whole place is super small anyway. cannot blame them. the songs are mostly up-to-date. i stess MOSTLY. haha! and i got their membership! have to ask the nonets to go there someday!

went to udders to eat fabulous ice cream today! so happy! i had double scoop hazelnut and cookies and cream. so delicious, yum yum! want to go back there again!

wanted to spam all my golden half shots so i can finally go and develop the film. took me a super long time. supposed to have only 48 shots but in the end, the film ran over to 50+ shots. almost fainted trying to finish the film. if it takes so long to finish a 24-film roll, how long will it take to finish a 36-film roll? LOL. that is a question for pondering.

went to je's house to discuss about our holiday plans. in the end, the conclusion is no conclusion. haha! we could not find all the related and important information. so, me, e1 and e2 are going to have to go down to the different travel agencies to find out more about their rates. hope we can settle everything by then. i cannot wait to visit redang:)

finally kbox tomorrow! looks like we are going to need two rooms since sea lake and bw are going to be there. they will hog onto the microphones for sure! hehez!

just saw this post on my cousin's blog. apparently it is for me! yeah! gave me a great idea. looks like i have something to do after all! that is to take pictures of all my mickey mouse stuff and upload them here! yeah! a new task. perhaps i will not be that bored after all! hehez.

自我反省

looking at siaun's and xueli's blogs, i feel as though my posts are of so unimportant matters. haha! but i cannot help it. asking me to post about societal and emotional stuff is rather hard. LOL. but, i shall try it sometimes. hehez

am reflecting on my last semester's performance. wonder if i really did my best. should i have studied harder? should i have played less? how come i am feeling more and more uneasy as the day of release of results approaches? but it's all too late now. i should look forward right? the most important thing now is to enjoy my holidays. will definitely work harder next semester!

but the thing is, i am still bored at home. wonder how i can pass time meaningfully without spending money. i have to curb my shopping urges. need willpower. *look to the heavens for help*

this week though, i am still going to spend money. kbox kbox kbox! i need to vent! friday come quickly! and ice-cream at udders! thursday come quickly too! oh wait. thursday comes before friday! haha!

went to bugis with e1, e2 and xl. had a great time shopping today! haha!
well, we met at 1 and had lunch at thai express in iluma. yum yum! i really love my green curry:) so nice! am craving for it again! after lunch, we went on our shopping spree! haha!

went to bugis street first. went around the first and second floor a couple of times. in the end, only e1 bought shoes, shirt and dress. e2 bought a dress and a vest. and i bought a vest. and xl bought a dress. that was like super little. haha!

after which, we went to bugis juntion and shopped for a little while. nothing much there and they are way over our price range. so we did some window shopping. bought nothing at all. had a drink at pasta mania though. LOL. twins have tuition later so we split at 5. so sad:(

BUT... me and xl went back to bugis street for second round of shopping! haha! in the end, i bought two more shorts and a belt! xl bought two more shorts too! haha! looks like we needed some "rest time" to recharge. =P satisfying man.

it is super boring to do nothing at home. i am tired of playing computer games already. how am i going to survive the next couple of months? looks lke i have to g find work soon. but my aunt asked me not to. she say i can help her out at home. *sigh* life is super boring nowadays.

wanted to ask my friends out but it seems they ALL have plans. guess i am the only one with not a lot of friends. huh. was to go out to sy's house to play mahjong today. got cancelled last minute. there goes my activity for today!

do not get it wrong though. i would rather be bored than go school and have exams. hah.

going to go shopping again next monday with my girlfriends. they are really super on. yeah! they brighten up my day. can't wait to see them:):) i really want to get my bags and clothes! but i am going to save part of my money for the trip to philippines! largest shopping mall in asia! now my mood is getting better:D

went shopping in town with some of my girlfriends yesterday. it was so liberating! ohmygod. okay. haha!

walked from 1 plus until 9 plus and i bought a pair of shoes only. LOL. e1 bought more stuff!! haha! she resisted buying shoes though. the champion as usual is je!! she bought the most stuff but they are all "little" things such as hair accessories. she bought clothes and shoes though too:) mutou as usual did not buy anything. really have to start asking her to buy more clothes. she will need them on the coming holidays! hehez. for a certain someone. LOL.

shopping itch not scratched yet. still need to go bugis street and shop! going next week with my girlfriends again! yeah! can't wait for the weekend to pass!! i think this is the first time i hoped that the weekend would pass quickly. ohmygod. haha! but this will NOT ever happen during school days.

lots more activities need to be done! i am going to start a list soon!

first day of holiday

whee!! woke up this morning to the feeling of not having to study for exams! it's incredible! haha! to think my sisters and cousins laughed at me for having exams. now i get to laugh at them for NOT having holidays! haha!

was driving to school to pick up my cousin who was having exam today. saw a cockraoach in the car! almost freaked out. luckily, it was red light so i got to roll down my window and shooed it out. whew! could have caused accident. touchwood touchwood.

i want to go out and vent all my exam stress!! i need to go kbox!! who's going to join me in my crazy and wild schemes? volunteers please!

hello all! i'm back :):)

finally! finally! finally! finished my exams today! yeah! i'm so happy and elated and (all the happy words) right now! hope for the best and that i don't do too badly. eeeks.

went to SGH with my mother for her check-up today. the waiting time is totally horrible. oh.my.god.
waiting time: 5.5 hours
consultation time: 0.5 hours
total time taken: 6 hours.
wasted my whole bloody day. my last day of exam some more. angry~~~

can't wait to go our with my girlfriends though! i'm dying to do something crazy and fun! want to go fly kite, sing kbox, shopping... a lot of stuff i need to do!!

no more studying! at least for the next three months. hehez.
