iphone!!!

so i finally got my iphone activated!!! yay! turned out that the woman keyed the sim card number wrongly into the system. huh. i had to call singtel and confirm. made me wait for so long!!! lousy service. now i know why theorists are frustrated with bureaucracies. hehe

very very busy these days. am so falling behind on my work. i have to study. soon!!! like now. haha! but i have to finish what i need to do this week first. with my friday and saturday gone, i have not got much time!!! die...

addicted to iphone games now. have to get over the newness of it so i can concentrate on studying!!! haha!

officially an adult

so i turned 21 today!!! the last 20+ minutes of my official adulthood day~ reminds me of what i was doing at 12 midnight in the morning: my ec3303 midterm paper!!! my god. i think i took 15 hours to complete that paper. and the actual exam time given was 1 hour and 35 minutes. HAHA! let us see now. i went school this morning for lessons and after that met my sister for a shopping and look-for-xl's-present trip :D:D had free ice-cream at swensen's!!! and more ice-cream at ben and jerry's. fattening man. LOL. came back home and celebrated with my family just now. an awesome day so far^^

now that i am officially an adult, i actually do not feel that free. more like i have been given even more burdens. life pressures coming in. i have this anxious feeling that i have to start planning for my future. i suppose i have to take the joy in every-day life while i can. other than that, i do not feel any different. just another birthday of my life. :P:P

i am very thankful that i have accumulated so much joy and so many dear friends in my 21 years. you all really make my life happier :D:D i hope i can continue to add on to this happiness!!!

thank you mommy and daddy for bringing me to this world :):) i know i have been rebellious some times in the past. HAHA! since i am now an adult, i will try to be a listen to you more huh. haha! thank you my two meimeis for providing me with companionship so i am not lonely! i really love you two a lot despite my disciplining you every day~ my family has been a blessing to me :D:D and it will continue to be so! love you lots!

Magical 21st

my party is over~ boohoo. but! i am not yet 21. HAHA! okay. that sounded super lame. well. i had my 21st birthday party yesterday at aloha loyang chalet with lots and lots of my good friends!!! i really really appreciate them turning up. you all really brightened up my day!

the day started out quite bad though. heavy rain followed by massive traffic jam all the way to kallang! ohmygod. what would have been a half hour ride took me more than an hour. i am so sorry to make eugenia wait for me. alone, at the chalet reception! my apologies to you eugenia:) after checking in, eugenia, my sister and i inflated over 60 balloons with our lungs. feeling anemic after that. HAHA! in short, we finished decorating up the place and ourselves by 6.30pm.

to cut the long story short, i shall put up our group photos to show everyone how i thoroughly enjoyed myself :D:D

i have recieved totally wonderful gifts and wishes!!! we had some hairy moments when we thought the kongming lantern was going to drop. luckily, all went well :D:D i shall talk more about becoming an adult on the actual day. HAHA!

i thank God that He sent all these good friends and family into my life.
