messy me! and a wonderful outing

despite all the messes and hitches in planning, nonet managed to have a get-together for our june birthdays babies :) we went kite-flying at west coast park. it was quite a disappointment actually because we could not get any of our kites in the air. raahhh. so angry. there was not much wind i guess. but still.

after which, we went to eat dinner at the linear. xl made us get off at the wrong bus stop -.-" we had to walk further than expexted. the food was average only. spent $68 on dinner for eight people. so the cost was still okay. it was just that the food was not filling and not that nice. haha.

after which i sent twins and sa and xl home. i repeat, i hate driving in the night. lol. e1 and xl were very excited when they heard that my house has world cup channels. haha! they immediately made plans to come over and watch matches. so in the end, xl, e1 and e2 ended up staying at my house :) we played lots of rounds of monopoly deal. and i did not win any!!! e1 was the only survivor watching the 2.30am match to the end. it is her favourite germany versus australia. 4:0. germany won. she was so elated. haha! GOAL! the two of us ended up sleeping at 4.30am though. haha!

can't wait for another stayover and outing! time for somebody else to plan!
