a day full of disappointments... and thrills actually

went out with the nonet to fly kite at marina barrage today. didn't get to do so because of bad weather. am so disappointed :( we actually forgot that it's 清明 period. as the poem goes: 清明时节雨纷纷... so it actually rained the whole day while i'm out. *sigh* really wanted to fly kite.

went to funan it mall instead. actually we went to the mind's cafe inside the mall. haha! waited for a half hour for seats but we occupied time strolling in the stationary shop. they have so many interesting things :):) bought a stapler. of all things. haha! finally went into the mind's cafe. played several board games but my favourite is saboteur. so fun! hope to play that game game again soon!

went back all the way to lot 1 @ cck to have dinner in new york new york. we ordered a lot of yummy stuff! ate until we were too full but when dessert came, sa, e1, jl and me went crazy. i really love chocolate. lake chocolate and mud pie rock! but no more free candy floss :( we were too late.

wanted to go sa's house to set the 孔明灯. but again, plan got cancelled because there's too much wind. duh. so disappointed! i wanted to write a lot of wishes on the lantern.

nevermind. there's always another day to do all the stuff we didn't get to do today :) i'm thinking positive. all in all, i really enjoyed myself. yeah!
